Quick Summary
Localhost is a free, ad-supported website operated by an individual. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Localhost ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy at Localhost/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, stop using the Site immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to provide valid consent under the laws of your country of residence. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for minors, such consent must be obtained before using the Site. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has submitted data, contact us at dmca@localhost and we will delete it promptly.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without our written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity, or harass other users
- Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or AI tools to access, collect, or download Site content without our prior written permission
This restriction does not apply to search-engine indexing or to automated clients that follow the rules published in this site’s robots.txt and llms.txt files.
4. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Template Game and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.
5. Third-Party Project, Advertising, and Links
This Site is an independent reference for the community gpu-unlock project. It is not the project's official website and is not affiliated with NVIDIA. The upstream project, its repository, and any software you choose to install have their own licenses, documentation, risks, and data practices. You are responsible for reviewing them before acting on technical information found here.
The Site is ad-supported. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement, subject to applicable law and your browser or provider choices. For information about our advertising and analytics providers and available privacy choices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Site also links to external websites, including the upstream repository and issue reports. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties — those exclusions may not apply to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Localhost AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
EU/UK residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK consumer protection law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Localhost and its operator from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to EU consumers where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at dmca@localhost with sufficient information about the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material. We will review and respond to valid notices as appropriate. The full procedure is described in our Copyright infringement notice procedure.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Site immediately ceases. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first at dmca@localhost with a written description of your dispute. We will respond within 30 days and attempt informal resolution.
11.1 EEA and UK Users
If not resolved informally, you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of habitual residence. Your mandatory consumer rights under local law are not affected.
11.2 US Users
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Governing Law
12.1 EEA and UK Users
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of habitual residence. Your mandatory local consumer protection rights are not affected.
12.2 Other Users

13. Miscellaneous
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We may assign our obligations freely; you may not. We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
